Reading this site appoints no one
These terms describe the public Captay website as it is published. They are not a contract for asset management, not a brokerage agreement, and not an offer to trade for you. No trading service is being provided. If a later document creates an account relationship, it will be a different document. This page will not quietly become that document.
What you may do here
You may read the pages, switch between the published languages, and use the email check on the contacts page. The check does not create an account and does not reserve a place. You may not send secrets through the form, probe the site for an order endpoint that is not published, or present these pages as Captay's promise that a strategy will make money.
What Captay is not doing
- Not holding client assets and not accepting deposits.
- Not exercising discretion over an account.
- Not offering individualized advice about whether to buy, sell, or hold.
- Not charging the illustrated subscription, because the subscription is not on sale.
The cabinet routes exist so the closed state has an address. They show empty panels. They are marked to stay out of search indexes. Reaching one does not open a session and does not imply that a login is merely hidden.
No warranty that the future matches the text
The strategies, limits, and fees are a design. They can change before anything is armed, including by being abandoned. Pages can be edited. A sentence you relied on can be replaced by a more cautious one or removed. That is a reason to treat the site as an explanation of intent, not as a specification you can enforce against a company that has not offered you a service.
Nothing here chooses a court, a regulator, or a registration number, because inventing them would fake an institution. If you need a regulated manager, this is the wrong door. The absence of a governing-law clause is intentional. It is not an invitation to assume the most convenient one.
The closed cabinet is the whole offer
There is no order to accept and no fee to pay. Your exchange account remains yours, including the decision to leave it alone. If someone contacts you claiming that Captay has started trading, that a profit share is due, or that a key must be sent to keep an account in good standing, that claim is not supported by these terms. The supported claim is smaller: the site explains a product that is not operating, and it asks you not to hand it secrets while you read.
