A contact page with nothing to send
Captay does not run a support desk for live trading, because live trading is not offered. There is no public telephone, no street address, and no mailbox that this release asks you to trust with an account problem. Inventing one would create a channel the product cannot answer.
What the form is for
The form under this text checks whether a string looks like an email address. If it does, the page says so in the language of the URL you are on. The string is not posted to a server, not written to a database, and not forwarded to a person. A confirmation here means the check passed. It does not mean you joined a list.
A later release may keep addresses for a notice when the cabinet opens. That storage is described as a plan in the privacy note. It is not wired up. If you need a record that you asked to be told, this page cannot give you one, because it kept nothing.
What not to type
Do not type an API key, a seed phrase, a password, or a one-time code into the email field or anywhere else on Captay. The field is not a secure intake. It is a format check. A secret that lands in a form, even a form that forgets it, has already left the place it should have stayed.
Questions about a future integration, a missing translation, or a line in the risk note have nowhere to go yet. When a channel exists, it will be named on this page in every published language. Until that sentence appears, silence is the status, not a delayed reply.
What a later channel would still refuse
A mailbox, if one is ever named, would be for questions about the site and about the closed cabinet. It would not be an intake for a discretionary mandate, a recovery request, or a dispute with an exchange. Captay does not sit between you and the venue. A message that asks the operator to move coins, reverse a fill, or vouch for a balance would have no procedure behind it, because the procedure would require a withdrawal right the design rejects.
Until that mailbox exists, do not send account screenshots to an address you found elsewhere and assumed was official. This page is the list of channels, and the list has one item: a local email check. Anything more specific than that sentence is not published.
